Synopsis :
The government creates havoc by dumping radioactive waste in unused subway tunnels. Bums are turning into C.H.U.D. – Cannibalistic Humanoid Underground Dwellers. It’s going to take some tough types to investigate such a horror, and who better than a courageous cop, a hard-hitting journalist, and an imbalanced bum!
